1. Well ventilated, lighted and furnished class rooms with modern audio visual system.

2. Well established library enriched with latest Medical Books and Journals as per needs of students and Teaching Staff. Internet and E-mail connection facility makes it more easier for students and staff to retrieve the information that they need.

3. Fully equipped laboratories of Histology, Haemotology, Experimal Physiology, Microbiology, Pathology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology cum Medical Lab, Dissection hall.

4. Museum of Anatomy, Pathology and of all concerned departments.

5. Presently it has a 1050 bed hospital facility. Narayani Sub Regional Government Hospital and Ram Kumar Mahabir Prasad Kedia Eye Hospital have provided their facilities for all sorts of clinical teachings for which the college is most grateful to them.

6. Besides the above facilities it has two separate hostels, one for the boys and the other for the girls. The dining place for the students is within the campus and is quite close to the hostel buildings.

Mission of the College

National Medical College, established in dedication to the people of Nepal, is consecrated as a holy center of learning in Health Science for sons and daughters of the "Global Village" in general and for the sons and daughters of Nepal in particular, aims to impart Health Science Education, perform Scientific Research and provide quality Health Services. It aims to enable its students to acquire skills required for performing duties of a competent Medical Graduate and to make them benevolent, compassionate and sympathetic, the Messiah of the present century.
